Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 19, 2026

1. Introduction

Adwanova (“Adwanova,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an insurance-agency customer relationship and management platform (the “Service”) used by insurance agencies, their agents and staff, and their clients. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account & identity information: name, email address, phone number, password (stored in hashed form by our authentication provider), date of birth, and preferred language.
  • Address & business information: personal and business mailing addresses, and whether an account is commercial.
  • Financial information: bank routing number, account number, bank name, and payment-method details you provide for billing or claims.
  • Identity documents: images you upload, such as a driver’s license, for identity or policy purposes.
  • Insurance data: policies, carriers, categories, deals and opportunities, claims, quotes, and commission records.
  • Content you provide: notes, uploaded documents, messages, and your communication preferences.
  • Information collected automatically: log and usage data, device and browser information, IP address, and cookies (see “Cookies” below).

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service and its features;
  • Authenticate users and secure accounts;
  • Manage policies, sales pipelines, claims, documents, and client relationships;
  • Send transactional and account communications, including email and SMS text messages (for example, one-time verification codes and notifications);
  • Detect, prevent, and address security incidents and fraud;
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

4. Google API Services & Limited Use

Adwanova offers optional Google features. You may sign in with Google, and you may connect a Google Calendar to schedule and manage events from within the Service. When you connect Google Calendar, we request the scopes https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events so we can read and manage events on your primary calendar to power scheduling features you enable.

Adwanova’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising, and we do not sell it. We use it only to provide the calendar features you have enabled. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from your Settings, which revokes the access and refresh tokens we store for the integration. You can also review and revoke access from your Google Account permissions page.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers / sub-processors: Supabase (application hosting, database, file storage, and authentication), Twilio (SMS and one-time-code delivery), and Google (sign-in and Calendar integration).
  • Your insurance agency: the Service is multi-tenant. Authorized agents, staff, and administrators of the agency associated with your account may access data relevant to serving you. Access is restricted by row-level security so that agencies cannot see one another’s data.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Adwanova, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

6. Cookies

We use strictly necessary, HTTP-only cookies to keep you signed in and to route you to the correct part of the Service (for example, session access and refresh tokens and your role). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account or your agency relationship with us remains active, and thereafter as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

8. Security

We protect information using encryption in transit (HTTPS), row-level security that isolates each agency’s data, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights & Choices

  • Access, correct, or update your account information from your profile settings;
  • Request deletion or a copy of your personal information by contacting us;
  • Disconnect Google Calendar and revoke Google access at any time;
  • Opt out of non-essential email or SMS communications (note that essential service and security messages may still be sent).

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in “Contact Us” below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
